Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a simmer. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat, mix in sour cream until combined and heated through.
  6. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then serve the beef mixture over the noodles.

Serve with steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
