Ingredients
  

Dried fruits
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
