  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions Optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeƱos Optional
  • 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips Optional

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef, drain fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer.
  3. Warm tortillas.
  4. Layer rice, beef, cheese sauce, cheddar, and sour cream on tortillas.
  5. Add optional toppings.
  6. Fold and roll into burritos.
  7. Toast burritos in skillet until golden.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

Adjust the amount of taco seasoning to your preference for spice level.
