- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, bacon, garlic, ranch dressing, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Add broccoli and spinach to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Customize by adding other low-carb vegetables or adjusting the amount of cheese to your preference.
