Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
Dairy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
Eggs
  • 2 large eggs
Spices & Oils
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Seasonings
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch dish.
  2. Mix chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together cream, broth, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour over vegetables, stir in half cheese, transfer to dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese, sprinkle paprika, bake 25-30 mins.
