Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Vegetables
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
Dairy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Liquids and Spices
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Seasonings
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and half of cheese in a bowl.
  3. Combine cream cheese, broth, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken mixture and stir to coat.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and paprika.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen broccoli as preferred for best results.
