  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
Dairy & Eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
Spices & Oils
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, cauliflower rice, broccoli, and half the cheese in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together cream, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper; pour over mixture.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle paprika, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.

For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or thyme before baking.
