Method
- Mix all ingredients and form walnut-sized meatballs.
- Cook in a nonstick pan with a little fat, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodler.
Notes
Using fresh herbs enhances flavor; adjust salt and pepper to taste.
