Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl, then stir in melted butter.
- Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt, then fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes. Cool before slicing.
