Ingredients
  

Pumpkin
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients together, then add to wet ingredients and stir.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
