Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes.
  2. Toss cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and maple syrup if using.
  3. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway.
  4. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
