Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes washed and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut peeled sweet potatoes into thin fries.
  3. Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, flip the fries halfway through baking.
