Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry to wet, mixing gently. Fold in nuts and raisins if using.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
