Main ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rice, tuna, vegetables, soup, cheese, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and heated through.
  5. Let cool briefly, then serve warm.

Notes

You can add a dash of hot sauce or herbs for extra flavor.
