Method
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk egg, buttermilk, and vanilla until combined.
- Combine wet and dry, then add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Pour batter into a preheated mould on low heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip the pancake, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes until done.
- Remove from heat, take out of mould, and serve with toppings.
Notes
Use a pancake mould for perfect thick shapes and flip carefully to maintain fluffiness.
