Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs eggs
Add-ins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mashed bananas, oil, and eggs.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in walnuts.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
