Ingredients

  • 6 oz salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 8 oz tortellini, refrigerated

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
vegetables
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 0.5 zucchini zucchini, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp dill, dried
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella

Method
 

  1. Prepare vegetables and cut salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, cook salmon with dill and tomato for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add cream cheese, black pepper, and water if needed to make a sauce.
  4. Stir in tortellini and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add garlic, basil, zucchini, and mozzarella; stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust water for desired creaminess.
