Protein Powder
  • 3 Tbsp pea or whey protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana banana (about ⅓ cup mashed)
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • Optional splash water or milk for batter consistency

Method
 

  1. Heat a greased pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Blend banana, eggs, and protein powder until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into small circles on the pan.
  4. Cook until golden, then flip and cook the other side.

Adjust water or milk for desired batter consistency.
