Ingredients
  

Dried ingredients
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1/2 cup ground oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar or vanilla or vanilla extract and honey

Method
 

  1. Grind oats if not pre-ground.
  2. Mix yogurt with baking soda until bubbly.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir in sugar, vanilla, oats, and salt until combined.
  5. Cook pancakes on a greased pan until bubbles form and edges are set, then flip.
  6. Serve warm with toppings of choice.

Notes

Use a non-stick pan for easier flipping and less oil.
