Method
- Mix all ingredients until just combined; lumps are fine.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with toppings of choice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or serve with fresh fruit.
