  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 Egg Egg
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat skillet, pour batter, cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.

Notes

For extra fluffiness, do not overmix the batter.
