Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.

  5. Cook 1/4 cup batter on a hot, greased skillet until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.

Notes

For extra fluffiness, do not overmix the batter.
