Ingredients
  

Egg whites
  • 4 pieces egg whites
Salt

Powdered sugar
  • to taste Powdered sugar
Fresh berries
  • as desired Fresh berries
Maple syrup
  • as desired Maple syrup
Butter
  • 2 tbsp butter
Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup cups pancake mix
Milk
  • 1/2 cup cups milk
Sugar
  • 1/4 cup cups sugar
Egg yolks
  • 4 pieces egg yolks

Method
 

  1. Separate egg yolks and whites.
  2. Whisk egg yolks, milk, and pancake mix until smooth.
  3. Beat egg whites, lemon juice, and half the sugar until soft peaks, then stiff peaks.
  4. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture gently.
  5. Cook batter in a skillet over low heat, covered, for 5 minutes each side.
  6. Serve with powdered sugar, berries, and syrup.
