Method
- In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Create a well and add milk, vanilla, egg, and melted butter. Mix gently.
- Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
- Serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
For extra fluffiness, do not overmix the batter.
