Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups

These frozen yogurt granola cups are a healthy and delicious treat, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. They're easy to customize with your favorite yogurt, granola, and berries!

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt any flavor
  • 1 cup granola any kind
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Cupcake liners

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup (if using).
  3. Spoon a layer of granola into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  4. Top the granola with a layer of yogurt.
  5. Add a layer of fresh berries.
  6. Add another layer of yogurt.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining granola on top.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  9. Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving to soften slightly. Peel off the cupcake liners and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
