Ingredients
Method
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup (if using).
- Spoon a layer of granola into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- Top the granola with a layer of yogurt.
- Add a layer of fresh berries.
- Add another layer of yogurt.
- Sprinkle the remaining granola on top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving to soften slightly. Peel off the cupcake liners and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
