Method
 

  1. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the potatoes.
  2. Sear beef in olive oil until browned, then set aside.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  4. Place potatoes and beef in slow cooker, pour sauce and broth over, then cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
