Method
- Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the potatoes.
- Sear beef in olive oil until browned, then set aside.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Place potatoes and beef in slow cooker, pour sauce and broth over, then cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
