Method
 

  1. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the potatoes.
  2. Sear beef in hot oil until browned.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  4. Combine potatoes, beef, sauce, and broth in slow cooker; cook on low 6-8 hours.
  5. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
