Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped (optional)
  • additional melted butter for brushing

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water and sugar, then add yeast and let sit until frothy.
  2. Mix flour and salt, then add yeast mixture, warm milk, and melted butter to form dough.
  3. Knead dough until smooth, let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into balls, let rise for 30 minutes, then brush with garlic butter.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden, then brush with more butter.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley before baking.
