  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz beef sausage sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Optional fresh parsley lemon wedges garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare ingredients: Peel and devein shrimp, slice sausage, chop broccoli.
  2. Cook sausage: Heat oil, cook sausage until browned, set aside.
  3. Cook broccoli: Sauté broccoli until tender-crisp, season, set aside.
  4. Cook shrimp: Season shrimp, cook until pink and opaque, remove from skillet.
  5. Make garlic butter sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Combine: Return sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to skillet, pour sauce, toss to combine.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley and lemon if desired.

Notes

Adjust the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes to your preference for spiciness.
