- Cook potatoes: In a skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and olive oil. Add potatoes, season, and cook 10–12 mins until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Sear steak: In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter. Sear steak bites 2–3 mins per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make garlic butter: Reduce heat, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté 1 min until fragrant.
- Combine and serve: Return steak and potatoes to skillet, toss in garlic butter. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the skillet when searing the steak for best browning.
