Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook potatoes in a skillet with butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, sear steak bites over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return steak and potatoes to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, then sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
