- Cook potatoes in a skillet with butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, sear steak bites over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return steak and potatoes to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, then sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
