  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • optional pinch red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Pat steak cubes dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, sear steak 2-3 mins per side, then set aside.
  3. Melt butter in same skillet, sauté garlic 30 sec, add steak to coat.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan.
  5. Pour sauce over steak bites, garnish with parsley, serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality steak for best flavor and sear without overcrowding the pan.
