Method
- Season steak with salt and pepper, then cook in a hot skillet 3-4 mins per side. Rest before slicing.
- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Remove steak slices and set aside.
- Combine heavy cream, milk, and Parmesan in a saucepan; heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss tortellini in Alfredo sauce, then plate with sliced steak. Drizzle garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
