Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 piece ribeye or sirloin steak (about 8-10 oz)
  • salt, to taste salt for seasoning
  • black pepper, to taste black pepper for seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste salt and pepper for sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper, then cook in a hot skillet 3-4 mins per side. Rest before slicing.
  2. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Remove steak slices and set aside.
  4. Combine heavy cream, milk, and Parmesan in a saucepan; heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss tortellini in Alfredo sauce, then plate with sliced steak. Drizzle garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
