  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 6 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare ingredients by measuring steak, shrimp, minced garlic, butter, and parsley. Pat the steak dry.
  2. Step 2: Sear steak in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Step 3: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Add minced garlic after flipping.
  4. Step 4: Remove shrimp and juices. Lower heat, melt butter, and scrape up brown bits. Stir in remaining garlic and seasonings. Reintroduce steak and shrimp, coating with sauce. Finish with parsley.
