- Step 1: Prepare ingredients by measuring steak, shrimp, minced garlic, butter, and parsley. Pat the steak dry.
- Step 2: Sear steak in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and keep warm.
- Step 3: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Add minced garlic after flipping.
- Step 4: Remove shrimp and juices. Lower heat, melt butter, and scrape up brown bits. Stir in remaining garlic and seasonings. Reintroduce steak and shrimp, coating with sauce. Finish with parsley.
