Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup cup Egg Noodles
  • 2 tbsp tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 cloves cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups cups Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic in olive oil until the beef is browned and onions are softened.
  3. Stir in beef broth, sour cream, and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and cooked noodles. Stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, use freshly minced garlic instead of pre-minced jarred garlic.
