Method
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic in olive oil until the beef is browned and onions are softened.
- Stir in beef broth, sour cream, and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Add Parmesan cheese and cooked noodles. Stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, use freshly minced garlic instead of pre-minced jarred garlic.
