Method
- Layer halved potatoes in crockpot, season chicken with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Place chicken on potatoes.
- Pour chicken broth over ingredients. Sprinkle minced garlic and parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Check internal temperature; serve with sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
