Method
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil, add ground beef, season with half the spices, and cook until browned. Transfer to a plate.
- Cook the Potatoes: Add potatoes to the skillet, season with remaining spices, pour in beef stock, cover, and cook until tender.
- Saute Vegetables: Add onion and red bell pepper to the skillet with the potatoes. Saute until softened.
- Combine and Finish: Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use bone broth instead of beef stock.
