- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in olive oil, breaking it apart. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft and tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, then gradually add beef broth, stirring continuously. Cook until sauce thickens. Stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold cooked noodles into the sauce until fully coated. Serve hot after letting it sit for a couple of minutes.
