Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Soft onions and garlic, then add mushrooms until browned.
  3. Add beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

For best results, serve over egg noodles or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
