- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent.
- Brown ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they begin to soften.
- Stir in flour, then gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper, then combine with cooked noodles. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a fresher touch, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
