  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 medium zucchini sliced
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
