- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment.
- Melt butter, oil, and sugars in 30-second intervals, then stir vigorously after microwaving for 1 minute.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Mix until batter pulls from the bowl.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Pour half into pan, add Oreos, then top with remaining batter.
- Top with crushed Oreos and bake for 30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, fully cool brownies before slicing to achieve clean squares.
