Ingredients
  

Meat and Potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Seasonings
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook beef and onion until browned; drain.
  3. Mix soup, milk, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese in a dish; repeat layers.
  5. Cover and bake 45 mins, then uncover and bake 15 mins until bubbly.

Notes

Use lean beef for a healthier option.
