Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix Greek yogurt, chicken broth, half cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika to make sauce.
- Combine chicken, broccoli, rice, and sautéed onions; add sauce and mix.
- Transfer to a greased dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
