Method
- Soak dates in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
- Drain dates and grind into a smooth paste.
- Roughly chop all the nuts.
- Lightly roast nuts for 2-3 minutes (optional).
- Combine date paste, roasted nuts, and raisins in a bowl.
- Add ghee and cardamom powder (if using).
- Mix everything well with your hands.
- Roll a small portion into a round laddu.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Adjust the amount of nuts and dates to your preference. You can also add other dry fruits like figs or apricots.
