Ingredients
  

Dry Fruit Laddu Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates, pitted Soaked
  • 1/2 cup almonds Chopped
  • 1/2 cup cashews Chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts Chopped
  • 1/4 cup pistachios Chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp ghee (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional)

Method
 

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain dates and grind into a smooth paste.
  3. Roughly chop all the nuts.
  4. Lightly roast nuts for 2-3 minutes (optional).
  5. Combine date paste, roasted nuts, and raisins in a bowl.
  6. Add ghee and cardamom powder (if using).
  7. Mix everything well with your hands.
  8. Roll a small portion into a round laddu.
  9. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  10. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

Adjust the amount of nuts and dates to your preference. You can also add other dry fruits like figs or apricots.
