Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
Marinade
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 limes zest and juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Mango Salsa
  • 1 mango diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Whisk honey, lime juice, zest, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Prepare mango salsa and spoon over chicken before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
