  • 2 Mango chopped
  • 2 Avocado chopped
  • 2 Red capsicum peppers chopped
  • 1 Red onions chopped
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • 0.5 cup Coriander chopped
Dressing
  • 1 Lime
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • A drizzle Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Combine chopped mangoes, avocado, red capsicum peppers, cucumbers, red onions, and coriander in a large bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, red chili flakes, and olive oil. Toss well and serve immediately or chill.

Adjust the amount of red chili flakes to your spice preference.
