- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs and applesauce.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in nuts if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
