  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas about 1.5 cups mashed
  • 2 eggs large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Optional add-ins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: almond flour and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs and applesauce.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in nuts if using.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
