Method
- Cut mozzarella into smaller pieces or heart shapes.
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes; cut into heart shapes if desired.
- Wash and dry basil leaves.
- Assemble skewers: mozzarella, basil, tomato; repeat.
- Arrange skewers on a platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or chill.
