Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix ricotta, marinara, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with basil if desired.
Notes
You can add extra cheese on top before baking for a cheesier crust.
